It’s a great backdrop to work within, as it provides a constant readout as to the impact we are able to make to our clients, allowing opportunity for us to improve.

Ruby is our Chief Customer Officer, previously Ruby led searches within Private Equity backed & high growth Technology & Tech-Enabled businesses. Recently Ruby has undertaken multiple searches on behalf of our clients to maximise the opportunity that digitisation presents to their businesses across a variety of different sectors from both the B2B and B2C environments. Ruby leads on diversity within leadership across the company and has been both an early adopter and instrumental in introducing Sheryl Sandberg’s "Lean In initiative" to the UK.

As the Chief Strategy Officer at The LCap Group, Samuel Robberts plays a pivotal role in harnessing the power of Leadership Dynamics, a cutting-edge platform that drives our work across our talent businesses. With his extensive knowledge of the private equity marketplace and expertise in product development and innovation, Samuel is instrumental in successfully predicting the value of leaders in any business environment.

In his capacity as head of strategy, Samuel is responsible for the suite of products that The LCap Group delivers to the marketplace. He develops a comprehensive, inclusive strategic plan and growth strategy by collaborating with the CEO, senior leadership, and the board of directors. This plan determines the enterprise's overall vision, evaluates the overall business portfolio, and outlines the M&A plan.

With Samuel at the helm, The LCap Group is confident in its ability to deliver the highest quality services to clients, driving success and growth for businesses of all sizes. As a key player in the organisation, Samuel's contributions are critical to the company's success and future growth.

A highly commercial Graduate Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of post-qualification experience.

Very hands-on with strong project management, problem-solving, communication and analytical skills and corporate, restructuring, audit and banking experience.

Catherine spent 3 years leading the FP&A function at Allmed and 10 years working at Grant Thornton in the Restructuring and Debt Advisory team. As part of this Catherine completed a long-term secondment with Lloyds Banking Group's leverage finance unit where she assisted the management of a diverse portfolio of, predominantly private equity clients, focusing on retail and construction businesses.

She has broad experience including background screening, medical devices, hotels, construction, healthcare, and retail.
